This is my diet

  • Morning: One glass of milk, One glass of water, a cup of green tea. A bowl of porridge with a little honey. 
  • Lunch: Two sandwiches with jam.
  • Tea time: Tea with an digestive cookie.
  • Dinner: Eat a bit of what mom makes.
  • TIP: Drink a lot of water through out the day.
Exercise
  • 100 crunches, and 50 normal sit ups.
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 60 secs. of running in spot.
  • 60 mins. of dancing.
  • High knee kicks, 50 each leg.
Tips
  1. Drink a lot of water.
  2. Don’t starve your self. Its important to eat. But not too much.
  3. Make healthy food choices.
  4. Try to exercise everyday.
  5. Most important one is to be happy with who you are.
