This is my diet
- Morning: One glass of milk, One glass of water, a cup of green tea. A bowl of porridge with a little honey.
- Lunch: Two sandwiches with jam.
- Tea time: Tea with an digestive cookie.
- Dinner: Eat a bit of what mom makes.
- TIP: Drink a lot of water through out the day.
- 100 crunches, and 50 normal sit ups.
- 50 jumping jacks
- 60 secs. of running in spot.
- 60 mins. of dancing.
- High knee kicks, 50 each leg.
- Drink a lot of water.
- Don’t starve your self. Its important to eat. But not too much.
- Make healthy food choices.
- Try to exercise everyday.
- Most important one is to be happy with who you are.
